Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional bar service in accordance with AIDA standards, including preparing cocktails and beverages.
• Advise guests on beverage choices with friendly and engaging sales interactions.
• Manage daily setup and cleanup of the bar workstations (Mise en Place).
• Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven work experience behind a cocktail bar, preferably with formal training in hotel or gastronomy sectors.
• Good command of English combined with strong customer service and sales focus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in teams, and a neat professional appearance.
