Job Description

The Junior Barista position involves assisting senior team members in crafting and serving premium coffee drinks and other beverages. This role is well suited for individuals enthusiastic about coffee culture, dedicated to excellent customer service, and eager to understand café day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and smoothies with guidance.
• Use coffee machines and grinders under supervision.
• Politely serve customers and take their orders precisely.
• Keep the café area, counters, and equipment clean and organized.
• Restock necessary supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to hygiene protocols and safety regulations at all times.
• Operate cash registers or POS systems if required.
• Develop skills in coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
• Assist the team during peak business hours to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school certificate or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Some familiarity with coffee preferred, although training is provided.
• Effective verbal communication capabilities.

Work Schedule
