About the Role
Sabarinathan Jewellers is urgently seeking Jewellery Sales Executives to join their team at their Madurai location. This role involves providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience by understanding their needs and recommending suitable jewellery options such as Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Temple Jewellery. Sales executives will be responsible for presenting product details professionally and helping customers with purchases for special occasions, including weddings and festivals. This position also includes fostering ongoing customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a superior shopping experience.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate jewellery pieces.
- Professional presentation of various jewellery types including Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Temple Jewellery.
- Clearly explain product purity, BIS hallmark, weight, making charges, pricing, and certifications involved.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for events like weddings, festivals, and gifting.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships via follow-ups and support after purchase.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum education: completion of 12th grade.
- Applicants may be freshers with no prior experience.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle product presentations and drive jewellery sales.
Work Conditions and Additional Details
- Working hours differ by gender: females from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM and males from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
- Company offers annual bonuses, flexible working hours, and complimentary tea and snacks.
- Position is open to both male and female candidates aged 18 to 55 years.
- Location: 166, Nethaji Road, Valaiyal Kadai, Madurai Main, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
