Role Overview

Operating within the Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin, the IT Technical Support Intern will provide vital support to the local IT team by assisting end-users, maintaining hardware and software tools, and contributing to IT projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily helpdesk support and assist with user issues involving Windows, Microsoft 365, printing devices, Zoom meeting room setups, and other business software.
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to end users.

  • Manage ServiceNow ticketing system tasks including incidents and service requests.
