IT Systems Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and support the hybrid IT infrastructure used by around 400 users. This position involves hands-on responsibility for daily IT operations, infrastructure upkeep, endpoint device management, cybersecurity assistance, and user support centered around Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Handle Microsoft Intune management, ensuring endpoint compliance, application deployment, and device lifecycle administration.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot incidents efficiently.
• Provide support for essential business applications such as NetSuite and Box.
• Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, manage backups, apply patches, and ensure system reliability.
• Assist in cybersecurity efforts including managing Sophos MDR, vulnerability handling, and access control.
• Keep technical documentation up to date and participate in initiatives for ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain dependable IT service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of three years in a Systems Administrator or equivalent role.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments.
• Strong experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid infrastructures.
• Understanding of networking basics, security practices, and endpoint management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused support skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Box, Sophos, or related platforms is highly beneficial.

• MD-102 (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator)
• AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)
• SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• CompTIA Security+
• ITIL Foundation
