International Voice Process - UK Voice

About the Role

Sutherland is looking for candidates to join its International Voice Process team supporting UK voice operations in Chennai.

What You Will Do

• Handle customer interactions through voice-based support for an international UK process.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers over calls.
• Work on rotational shifts, with night shifts forming the major part of the schedule.
• Follow a 5-day work week structure.

Eligibility and Joining Requirements

• Applicants should be able to join immediately and be available during the month of October.
• Strong spoken communication skills are essential.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Graduation is not mandatory.

Compensation

The offered CTC is between INR 2.7 LPA and INR 3 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience.

Work Location and Benefits

This is a work-from-office opportunity in Chennai at Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.

Two-way cab service is available up to a 25 km radius from the office, subject to shift timing.

Selection Process
