Sleek Connect LLP is seeking International Telesales Executives for their UK B2B outbound sales process based in Kolkata Sector 5. The role involves engaging with UK business customers to promote products and services, generate leads, and secure sales while meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to business clients in the UK.
• Effectively explain and present company products and services professionally.
• Identify and convert prospective customers by generating leads and making sales.
• Respond confidently to customer inquiries and handle objections.
• Perform timely follow-ups with potential clients as needed.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer information.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in International BPO, International Voice, Telesales, or Sales roles.
• Strong confidence and skill in communicating with international clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working with outbound call processes focused on the UK market.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
