Job Overview

We seek motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents for our International US Process. The primary role involves assisting customers based in the United States, delivering effective support and ensuring outstanding service quality. Candidates with prior experience or fresh graduates are invited to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via voice communication channels.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard or graduation.
• Open to both experienced individuals and freshers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Capable of handling customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts according to US hours.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges between ₹19,000 per month for freshers and ₹30,000 per month for experienced candidates, paid in-hand based on interview and experience.
