About the Product 360 Area and Role
The Product 360 division focuses on structuring, standardizing, and advancing product information, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment among the strategic vision, documentation, internal teams, and client requirements.
About the Internship at BigDataCorp
This internship aims to develop future leaders and specialists by fostering talent and supporting growth within the organization. Interns will experience a comprehensive learning journey combining theory and hands-on practice, gaining insights into the company’s functioning, goals, and real challenges. The internship schedule is 4 hours daily, totaling 20 hours per week, spanning 12 to 24 months. Each intern is paired with a manager and receives full support and resources to thrive in a real work setting. Interns engage in impactful projects and have chances to broaden their professional networks.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and monitoring projects related to new products and enhancements;
- Support drafting, revising, and updating technical and functional documentation;
- Arrange information and facilitate communication across departments;
- Help map and document processes, workflows, and diagrams;
- Analyze documentation and technical data to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for process improvements;
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements and organize project definitions;
- Note: This role is focused on product management support rather than software development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Administration, Journalism, Literature, Social Communication (with interest in technology and processes), or technological related fields such as Information Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science;
- Basic understanding of logical reasoning;
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise texts;
- Analytical mindset with sharp logical reasoning;
- Ease in understanding problems, identifying patterns, correlating information, and structuring solutions logically and methodically;
- Interest in product management, technology, and continuous process improvement;
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
