Role Overview

As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will oversee the complete execution of interior projects adhering strictly to quality standards and timelines. Your daily responsibilities will include on-site supervision, reporting, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth project flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery as per the approved designs ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Conduct daily site visits and submit daily progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop weekly schedules and coordinate with vendors for resource allocation.
• Monitor work quality in line with standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
• Comply fully with internal company processes and protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all on-site activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
