Role Overview

The Interior Designer will oversee the entire design process, including client engagement, concept development, detailed documentation, budgeting, quotations, and coordination with execution teams. The role blends creative design with technical expertise, requiring effective communication to inspire clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and budgetary constraints.
• Deliver professional design presentations explaining concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Use creative and technical skills to persuade clients and secure projects.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure premium customer experiences.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into confirmed projects.
• Advise clients on the selection of materials, finishes, color schemes, and layouts.

Software Proficiency

• Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, MS Office, Google Sheets (for BOQ and quotation preparation).
• Preferred: D5 Render, Photoshop, Canva, Lumion.

Language Requirements

• Mandatory: Fluent spoken and written English, Fluent Hindi.
• Preferred: Kannada.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive fixed salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹1,10,000 per month plus significant monthly incentives.
