Job Overview
We are looking for Back Office Executives to support an Australian insurance process based in Mohali. This role focuses on non-voice tasks requiring excellent English comprehension, proficient Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. The position requires working from the office and transitioning to Australian shift timings.
Responsibilities
- Handle insurance processing tasks as part of a back-office team servicing Australian clients.
- Perform data entry and processing duties related to insurance documentation and records.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working with data and client information.
- Adapt to and work efficiently during Australian business hours.
Requirements
- Strong English comprehension skills for non-voice communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting tasks.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all processing activities.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mohali and adopt Australian shift timings.
Eligibility
Open to candidates who have completed any graduate degree.
