Role Overview

This full-time position based in Singapore involves overseeing the entire recruitment process specifically for technology roles. The recruiter will be instrumental in sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates while maintaining open and professional communication with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technology positions.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates for various tech roles.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and client companies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full life-cycle recruiting with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven background in staffing and contract-based recruitment.
• Proficiency in managing high-volume hiring within the tech sector.
• Capable of working in an on-site office environment.
• Strong interviewing and hiring capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with outstanding time management abilities.
• Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Additional prior technology recruitment experience considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
