Overview
New York Technology Partners is urgently seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist for a temporary contract lasting approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The role requires candidates to be physically present onsite in New York City three days per week throughout the contract duration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support at New York headquarters (50% of time) and regional offices across the United States (50% of time).
- Address and resolve Help Desk tickets using platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk.
- Assist with Windows endpoint support for users.
- Manage Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) services.
- Perform Google Workspace administration and provide user assistance.
- Manage Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like ManageEngine, Intune, JumpCloud, or Hexnode.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support MacOS users with troubleshooting and assistance.
- Administer Mac devices using MDM tools such as Iru, Jamf, Hexnode, or Kandji.
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Resolve issues related to frequently used SaaS applications including Adobe, Slack, HubSpot, Rippling, and similar software.
Optional/Nice to Have Tasks
- Manage hardware and software procurement utilizing tools like Coupa.
- Support cloud environments such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
