Information Manager

Role Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Information Manager, a fully remote full-time role intended to oversee and ensure the integrity of human-annotated datasets crucial for AI training and evaluation.

Key Duties

• Maintain and update datasets annotated by humans to support AI model training and evaluation efforts.
• Examine and verify data labels to uphold uniformity and high-quality standards across different datasets.
• Work closely with various teams to determine data needs and address annotation inconsistencies.
• Produce documentation covering data collection processes, labeling protocols, and quality assurance measures.
• Track the efficiency of data pipelines and introduce enhancements to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in data annotation, validation, or quality control is mandatory.
• Familiarity with data labeling software such as Label Studio or Prodigy is advantageous.
• Competency in handling spreadsheets, databases, or other data management tools is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines in processing data tasks.
• Effective written communication for clearly documenting procedures and instructions.
