Position Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Executives for the inbound process at V5 Global Pvt. Ltd., located in Wagle Estate, Thane West. This role involves handling inbound customer service queries for Bisleri. Candidates with excellent communication in English and Hindi are welcome, especially those eager to build a career in customer service.
Work Details
- Role: Customer Service Executive (Inbound)
- Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Work Days: Six days per week, Sunday fixed off
- Openings: 10
Eligibility and Experience
- Good fluency in English and Hindi communication
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; motivated individuals encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month
