Human Resources Specialist

Overview

Join our Global People Services & Solutions (GPSS) Country Services team to play an essential role in delivering a smooth and efficient employee and candidate journey. This position focuses on managing interview coordination, onboarding activities, employment documentation, contract renewals, maintaining HR records, and providing new hire assistance, all while ensuring alignment with company policies and audit standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and activities related to interviews and onboarding processes.
• Administer employment documents and help facilitate contract renewal procedures.
• Manage employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide operational support across various HR functions to promote a streamlined employee and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, administrative or customer service roles.
• High attention to detail with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
