About the Role
Avantor seeks a proactive and innovative Human Resources Knowledge Management Specialist to join their Service Excellence team at Coimbatore. This full-time position demands the candidate to manage and enhance business processes and knowledge resources, improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR knowledge management activities in the Service Excellence team.
- Update and maintain HR-related knowledge content such as FAQs, procedures, and basic training materials.
- Ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.
- Follow prescribed guidelines in creating and maintaining documentation.
- Conduct routine content reviews to ensure ongoing relevance.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and update the knowledge base.
- Gather information from multiple sources as directed.
- Adhere to organizational policies and standards in all work.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR knowledge management, information management, or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure, and transfer organizational knowledge effectively.
- Experienced in creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge bases with quality checks.
- Prior work in HR shared service environments or knowledge management roles is desirable.
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles, best practices, and tools including Workday and ServiceNow.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
