Role Overview

The Human Resources Executive at VCA, located in Dubai, is a full-time onsite position entrusted with managing daily HR functions. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, maintaining HR records accurately, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws. This position requires managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with HR policy development. Additionally, the role involves advising managers and employees on HR issues, supporting training programs, and nurturing a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with VCA’s values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient knowledge and experience in general Human Resources management and operations.
• Experience implementing HR policies, maintaining documentation, and ensuring legal compliance.
• Strong capabilities in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a respectful workplace.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and training coordination.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines; professional HR certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
• Experience within the events, creative, or cultural industries in a global or international setting is a plus.
