Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator acts as a vital leader within the Human Resources team at ACE, collaborating closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager to enhance HR functions, improve the experience for interns, and contribute to the organization's growth. This opportunity is suited for a senior undergraduate student enthusiastic about leadership, employee engagement, talent growth, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary assistance to the Senior Human Resources Manager with daily HR activities, strategic projects, and departmental goals.
  • Lead the Marketing & Operations HR team project by overseeing milestones, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and keeping team members motivated throughout the semester.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote team culture, recognition, and cooperation across ACE.
  • Offer mentorship and support to Human Resources interns through guidance, responding to queries, and encouraging their professional development.
  • Manage onboarding for new interns by organizing orientation, facilitating access to systems, distributing materials, and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Support tracking of project outcomes, monitoring schedules, and ensuring accountability within HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR endeavors including recruitment, onboarding, enhancing employee experience, refining processes, and organizational development.
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR workflows, documentation, and internal resources to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Function as a dependable resource for interns by addressing questions, providing support, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications
