Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with operational leaders, delivering specialist advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your duties will include leading employee relations, recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and policy enforcement. You will work alongside stakeholders to find people-centered solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring all practices comply with employment laws. The role blends strategic partnering with practical HR execution and involves frequent interaction with retail teams and participation in various HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a commercially aware HR generalist with extensive experience, preferably in retail or multi-site settings. A strong grasp of UK employment legislation and a successful history of handling complex employee relations are essential. Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with stakeholders at every level is crucial. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is favored, accompanied by excellent communication, organizational, and coaching skills. The role requires a proactive and pragmatic individual passionate about empowering managers and employees to reach their potential and driving business success.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary up to £58,000 annually, supplemented by a £6,000 yearly car allowance. Eligible employees can earn an additional bonus of £3,500 per year.
