Join the team at Alora Behavioral Health and contribute to a supportive environment focused on helping others flourish. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant position plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to the HR department's inbox, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for accurate HR records and documents.
- Develop and update documents, templates, spreadsheets, and forms using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews, meetings, and onboarding engagements.
- Support onboarding activities including gathering documentation and setting up employee files.
- Assist with offboarding procedures and proper archiving of related files and materials.
- Monitor and track HR processes, logs, and reports to uphold accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams on a daily basis for managing HR workflows.
Candidate Profile Requirements
- At least two years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in advanced functionalities of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong accuracy and time management abilities.
- Effective written communication skills and capability to manage departmental inboxes.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work setting and maintains productivity independently.
- Availability to operate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing shared email inboxes or departmental communications is advantageous.
- Knowledge of file storage solutions such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or equivalents.
- Prior experience supporting teams reliant on documentation-intensive workflows.
