Role Overview
This position entails overseeing compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's HR practices adhere to current legal standards.
Key Duties
- Maintain adherence to all relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor and update knowledge on changes in labor laws and industry practices.
- Manage the recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Address employee relations matters, mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and issues effectively.
