Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resource Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Medanta. This role provides practical exposure to various talent acquisition processes within a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Manage interview scheduling and keep candidates informed about their application status.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary documentation and leading orientation sessions.
• Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting outstanding talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and help create job descriptions.
• Update and maintain accurate candidate records using the applicant tracking system.
• Offer administrative assistance to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for talent acquisition and the HR function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Capability to function independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational aptitude.
• Previous internship or work experience related to HR or recruitment is advantageous.
