Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter for a contract role located in Henrico, Virginia. This position suits an experienced recruitment specialist familiar with managing the entire hiring cycle from candidate sourcing to offer coordination within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing potential candidates, screening applications, coordinating interview schedules, and facilitating offer stages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and maintain momentum on open job requisitions.
- Spearhead talent identification via job boards, referral programs, internal databases, and proactive outreach.
- Perform preliminary candidate evaluations to assess competencies, experience, and overall suitability for roles.
- Organize and manage interview logistics, ensuring candidates experience a seamless and consistent recruitment journey.
- Maintain precise records of candidates, hiring progress, and relevant activities within the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics and updates to stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with recruitment operations, including process improvements and system updates when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment.
- Practical knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring assistance.
- Proficiency in sourcing talent through diverse channels and recruitment tools.
- Experience conducting assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruitment documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills capable of handling multiple open positions concurrently.
- Effective collaboration skills in working with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
