About the Role

Shri Shanidev Enterprise is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage comprehensive recruitment and policy development activities. This role involves sourcing suitable candidates aligned with organizational requirements and overseeing the entire hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruitment and sourcing to meet the staffing needs of the company.
Formulate and implement human resource policies including hiring and termination protocols.
Develop and maintain client Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) related to HR operations.
Establish office frameworks concerning expenses, employee bonuses, and salary increments.
