HR Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing primarily on large-scale hiring for shift-based or location-specific positions. The role requires sourcing candidates through various local channels and ensuring efficient onboarding processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee complete recruitment processes including bulk hiring assignments for shift or site-based openings.
• Utilize local networks, WhatsApp groups, field recruitment drives, and regional job portals to find prospective candidates.
• Execute quick telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' essential skills and verify certifications.
• Arrange background verifications, reference validations, and collection of physical documents.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams and site supervisors to ensure smooth and timely candidate onboarding.

Requirements and Desired Skills

• Between one to over three years experience handling volume recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles.
• Deep understanding of local labor markets with effective vernacular communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing shift schedules, using recruitment tracking systems, and good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform well under pressure with the capability to meet rapid hiring and deployment deadlines.

Additional Information

Salary: Monthly remuneration ranges from 17,000 to 22,000 INR.
