Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably focused on human resources, payroll, or wage accounting.
• Strong knowledge of wage tax and social security regulations.
• Experience in payroll processing or compensation management, ideally within personnel services.
• Proficient use of payroll software and standard office applications.
• Systematic and precise approach in handling payroll data and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll calculations for employees in temporary employment following tariff and legal standards.
• Maintain and update payroll-related personnel master and transaction data within the payroll system.
• Prepare and submit reports to social security agencies, tax authorities, and other institutions.
• Verify and process timesheets, allowances, and work-related payroll entries.
• Generate certificates and handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal departments.
