Overview
Join Prado as an HR Manager based in Pune, India, where you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and managing human resource functions. This position focuses on optimizing HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the implementation of targeted HR policies, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Structure and streamline the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, and exit protocols, alongside standardizing employee documentation and closing lifecycle gaps.
- Conduct reviews to identify and resolve critical gaps in HR compliance and governance standards.
- Lead the rollout of the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, review processes, and aligning Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different roles; facilitate the execution of initial performance reviews.
- Provide support for employee engagement initiatives by executing programs, establishing feedback channels, and monitoring participation and response trends.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and Management Information System (MIS) reports to track essential HR metrics and maintain data fidelity.
- Offer continuous advisory services to company leadership and management on HR matters, promptly resolving queries and supporting decisions related to workforce management.
