Overview

Blue Wing Talent Management is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and direct all human resources functions within retail operations. This role involves managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training, and overall HR activities for both retail stores and corporate departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions in store operations, sales, warehouse, and corporate roles.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified retail candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, onboarding procedures, and induction programs.
• Ensure that manpower needs are fulfilled promptly to support business requirements.
• Promote a positive working atmosphere and encourage employee-friendly practices.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases effectively.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition efforts, and retention programs to maintain motivation and reduce turnover.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with store managers and departmental leaders.
