Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource operations, focusing on advancing the company's people strategy. This full-time role based in the United States demands a mid to senior management level professional adept in handling recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR policies, strategies, and procedures that support the organization's goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition activities.
- Administer employee relations including resolving conflicts, enforcing discipline, and addressing workplace concerns.
- Lead performance management frameworks including employee reviews, KPI setting, and growth plans.
- Supervise compensation structures, benefits, payroll coordination, and reward systems.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze human resource metrics to provide valuable insights facilitating management decisions.
- Oversee training and capability development programs for employees.
- Manage HR information systems such as HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment of people strategy with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, generalist roles, or as an HR business partner.
- In-depth understanding of employment law, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Background in recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals, and compensation planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion professionally.
- Experience with HR technology platforms like HRIS, ATS, and payroll software is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to multitask in dynamic environments.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred; HR professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
