About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented HR Recruiter based in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, to oversee comprehensive recruitment activities within the BFSI and Fintech sectors. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates primarily for Sales, Telesales, Operations, MIS, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize various channels such as job portals, social networks, and employee referrals for candidate sourcing.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with department leaders to determine staffing needs.
• Ensure recruitment targets are met within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain and update candidate databases along with recruitment management information systems.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future recruitment demands.
• Provide candidates with a seamless and positive recruitment experience throughout the process.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and interviewing applicants.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and target-oriented recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
• Capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and adhering to hiring deadlines.
• Graduate degree required; MBA in Human Resources is preferable.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within BFSI, Fintech, or Sales sectors.
