Overview
The HR Coordinator is an essential member of Powder Mountain's People team, tasked with supporting daily HR functions. This position ensures the delivery of precise, prompt, and employee-focused administrative services throughout the entire team member lifecycle. Key responsibilities include onboarding processes, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) support, maintaining employee records, and managing the seasonal workforce.

This role is well-suited for individuals who possess outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong desire to further develop their expertise in human resources within a dynamic resort setting. The HR Coordinator contributes to smooth People Operations enabling teams to dedicate their efforts to crafting exceptional experiences that embody Powder Mountain’s core mission: connecting people with the mountain, present moments, and one another.
