Role Overview
This position combines human resources coordination with accounting-related support. The selected candidate will help manage day-to-day HR operations, salary preparation, and leave-related workflows while ensuring policy and compliance processes are followed.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine HR administration, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee training coordination.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate salary processing and leave management, including request handling and approval tracking.
