An HR Administrator is needed in Mumbai to support day-to-day human resources processes and keep employee-related records and workflows running smoothly. The role combines HR operations, administrative coordination, and accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee core HR activities such as new-joiner onboarding, benefits coordination, and adherence to internal policy and compliance requirements.
- Support the HR function with administrative work including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing routine reports.
- Handle HR service delivery tasks on time, covering recruitment coordination, payroll-related processing, and performance review support.
- Track and update employee attendance, leave applications, and other HR documents with accuracy.
Experience and requirements
- Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR generalist or closely related role.
- A solid grasp of HR operations, workflows, and procedures is required.
- Strong administrative ability, careful attention to detail, and the capacity to manage priorities effectively are important for this position.
