Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all areas of the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the housekeeping team throughout their tasks, focusing on meticulous attention to detail to uphold service quality and fulfill guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public and back-of-house spaces.
- Oversee the cleaning operations of guest rooms, hallways, and staircases.
- Conduct regular training and refresher sessions on standard operating procedures and promote continuous skill development within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in a five-star hotel, preferably in a resort setting within the UAE.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent team management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle a busy work environment.
- Collaborative team player focused on team productivity and ongoing skill enhancement.
- Proficient administrative and IT skills for reporting and related duties.
