Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms. Your role goes beyond housekeeping tasks; it involves spreading warmth and hospitality to ensure every guest's stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms through thorough cleaning, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and conducting deep cleaning when required.
- Regularly replenish linens, towels, and other guest amenities to guarantee comfort and readiness of rooms.
- Effectively manage housekeeping supplies by stocking, organizing, and transporting the supply cart daily.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their satisfaction during their stay.
- Handle waste management by disposing of trash and recyclables appropriately in designated locations.
