Job Overview
The Housekeeper is entrusted with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within homes, buildings, or facilities by managing both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are maintained and inspected in line with established cleanliness standards.
- Safeguard cleaning equipment, ensuring they are free from defects or damages.
- Promptly report any damages, shortages, or disruptions to the appropriate supervisors.
- Address reasonable complaints and requests tactfully and patiently, maintaining professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumable supplies and replenish them as necessary.
- Strictly follow health and safety regulations and stay informed about relevant company policies.
