Iceland Foods is looking for a Home Delivery Driver in Colchester, England. This is an active, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working independently, staying on the move, and representing the business directly at customers’ doors. The hourly pay for the position is £13.71.

What the role involves

• Loading the van safely, including handling heavier items and following manual handling guidance
• Driving in a safe and responsible way at all times
• Carrying out checks on the delivery van before use
• Making sure groceries reach customers in excellent condition
• Delivering a high standard of customer service during each drop-off
• Helping out in the store whenever support is needed
• Working on your own and managing time effectively
• Being flexible to work shifts that may fall anywhere between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm

• A valid full driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
• A positive, approachable attitude and genuine enthusiasm for good customer service
