About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in outstanding customer service and enjoy being out on the road. As the face of our company, you will deliver groceries directly to customers, ensuring a positive experience every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures involving manual handling and lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving standards to ensure safety on the road.
• Conduct thorough checks on the delivery vehicle before starting each shift.
• Ensure groceries arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional and friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when needed.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts, which may fall between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor with passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and reliable, capable of meeting deadlines.
• Show consistent awareness and commitment to road safety.
