Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Healthcare Assistant position is located in Dublin 6. The incumbent will assist the pharmacy team by supporting safe and effective patient care, including helping prepare and manage medications under supervision. Daily responsibilities include welcoming and aiding patients, answering their queries, supporting the prescription process, and ensuring the workspace remains clean, organized, and secure. The role requires strict adherence to health and safety regulations, correct manual handling techniques, and maintaining patient confidentiality and respect. Collaboration with pharmacists and team members to provide a positive patient experience is essential.
