About the Role
We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Portarlington, County Laois. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to support individuals needing help with daily living activities, personal care, and encouraging their independence. No prior experience is necessary as we provide accredited QQI training coupled with continuous professional development to enable you to excel in this vital role.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years paid experience in home care or equivalent QQI Level 5 certification in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (training support available)
- Possession of a full driving licence along with access to a vehicle
- Proficient communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Availability to work alternate weekends as required
