About the Role
We are seeking quantitative professionals to assist in training advanced AI models by evaluating AI-driven quantitative analyses, solving technical challenges, and supplying insightful feedback to refine how these AI systems interpret data, models, and scientific inquiries. This opportunity is open to professionals from diverse quantitative disciplines such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, and operations research. Candidates who rigorously analyze data and models will find their skills directly relevant. Participants may engage in this work alongside another full-time role or make it their main focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Critically assess AI-generated quantitative outputs including statistical analyses, predictive models, scientific reasoning, and data insights to ensure technical precision and practical applicability.
- Develop and solve quantitative challenges that train and evaluate AI systems, covering topics such as forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Prepare clear technical reports and produce well-commented analytical code.
- Offer constructive feedback influencing future AI model development focused on quantitative reasoning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in quantitative roles or research environments, encompassing fields like data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, and operations research.
- Programming proficiency with the ability to author and evaluate analytical scripts independently.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and experiment methodologies such as A/B testing, hypothesis tests, regression, classification, and time-series predictions.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at native or bilingual levels.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred; advanced degrees such as a Master’s or PhD are advantageous.
- Additional recognized qualifications, including competitive Kaggle rankings or machine learning certifications from AWS/GCP, are beneficial.
Additional Information
Compensation will be disbursed through PayPal, which also manages currency conversions from USD where applicable. Candidates will not be asked for any payments at any stage. This position is on a contractual basis, and only applicants located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand will be considered.
