Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver to join the fleet based in Edinburgh, South Australia. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timber, trusses, frames, and other building materials to various sites around Adelaide and its surrounds.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport and deliver building products to designated locations
- Operate the truck-mounted crane proficiently
- Adhere strictly to safe work protocols and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations
- Represent K&B professionally and maintain a customer-focused attitude
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a dependable and safety-conscious driver who values teamwork and integrity in their work. They should possess a good working knowledge of metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas.
Essential Requirements
- Current Heavy Combination (HC) Driving Licence
- Thorough understanding of CoR and transport safety standards
- Consistent and stable employment history
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Desirable Qualifications
- Crane Operator's (CV) licence
- Dangerous Goods (DG) licence
- Forklift (LF) licence
