Primary Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and care for green spaces on site.
• Monitor technical systems and conduct regular technical inspections.
• Document all relevant activities extensively.
• Coordinate service delivery with the site’s responsible facility manager.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed vocational training in a craft or technical trade.
• Some work experience is ideal; however, motivated career starters and technically skilled career changers are also welcome.
• Good technical understanding and aptitude.
• Ability to work autonomously, responsibly, and solution-oriented.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and professional demeanor.
