Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, with projects ranging from two hours up to two days
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain needed work and manage expectations concerning scope and expenses
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster life-long repeat business, following the Mr. Handyman Way process

Job Requirements

• Must reside within the service area
• Minimum of five years’ paid handyman experience
• Own necessary tools for the job
• Be eligible and insurable to operate company vehicle
• Consent to background and driving record checks
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently
• Capable of safely working at heights and overhead for extended durations
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep the company vehicle clean and presentable
• Strong self-management skills since the role involves working independently frequently
