About the Role
Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office Team at the iconic Yulara, near Uluru in the Northern Territory, Australia. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to work at a renowned destination and serve as a first point of contact for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as a representative of the Resort, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from arrival through departure.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures promptly and efficiently.
- Manage billing processes accurately, including posting hotel charges and ensuring secure payment collection.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction at all stages of their stay.
Additional Skills and Preferences
Experience using Opera Cloud property management system is highly advantageous.
