Role Overview
The Guest Service Agent position at Crystalbrook Byron is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in guest interaction within a luxurious 5-star setting. This role requires enthusiasm and a proactive mindset to provide outstanding guest services and enhance the overall experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Possess previous experience in guest services, hospitality experience is preferable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate strong computer competency; familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Have knowledge of Byron Bay and its surrounding areas.
- Be available to work a rotating seven-day schedule including evenings and nights.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and a dedication to delivering superior guest experiences.
