Role Overview

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess previous experience in guest services, hospitality experience is preferable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate strong computer competency; familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Have knowledge of Byron Bay and its surrounding areas.
• Be available to work a rotating seven-day schedule including evenings and nights.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and a dedication to delivering superior guest experiences.
