Role Overview

This position is based at Anantara Downtown Dubai and sits within Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America. The company’s brands include Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI.

What You Will Do

The guest service agent is expected to deliver professional support to guests in a polite and attentive manner. Core duties include managing reservations, welcoming and checking in guests, offering high-quality service throughout the stay, and finalizing guest accounts at departure.

You will also respond to guest questions, requests, and feedback quickly and effectively, with the aim of making sure every guest experience meets hotel standards and guest expectations.

What We Are Looking For

The role calls for a person with a strong service mindset and the ability to communicate clearly. Previous exposure to hotel front office work is an advantage. English fluency is required.

Applicants should be comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Basic computer knowledge is needed, and familiarity with Microsoft Office as well as modern Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.

This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
