About the Role
Join Marina Bay Sands to elevate your passion by collaborating with experts and building a rewarding career. This role focuses on crafting and delivering effective training programs that enhance guest experience and align with the brand's excellence standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create compelling training resources such as workbooks, scripts, eLearning courses, and facilitator guides tailored to departmental needs and brand goals.
- Collaborate with training teams and department heads to customize learning content that supports operational priorities.
- Design and polish PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids for both in-person and digital training sessions.
- Ensure all training materials have clear, consistent, and brand-compliant copywriting with a professional tone.
- Contribute innovative content ideas that foster a culture of outstanding service and motivate staff to surpass guest expectations.
- Partner with the Customer Experience (CX) team and Guest Experience Insights specialists to analyze performance metrics and guest feedback, developing targeted soft skills training to address gaps.
- Demonstrate and promote adherence to health and safety guidelines, attendance, punctuality, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline.
- Bring 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, training content development, or guest experience roles.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate, alongside Microsoft Office skills.
- Exemplary writing and editing abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality or gaming industries is advantageous.
